This is my second #102 build and for some reason there is no overdrive. Neither pot effects sound at all. I have double checked all wiring and tubes. Also replaced switching on back is amp. Some hep would be appreciated.

Hello!
Have you verified the power section caps are in the right holes + all jumpers are placed correctly?
Also have a quick check on all grounding points
