Hi Mark, Should be as simple as hooking up as per layout. If you check ceriatones webiste and look at the Clator layout they both put out 135V and 6.3V for heater. Im yet to assemble my unit but i dont see why it wouldnt work. Cheers from NZ!

This issue has also been resolved. Check my post about Ghost notes. I had two caps in the wrong location.

ISSUE IS FIXED! I installed the two 22uf caps in the wrong eyes on the pcb, seeing as the two eyelets are within 10mm of each other i assumed there was a trace between them. Didn't pick it up at the time and i was only measuring HT voltage across the dropping resistors. Seems a silly mistake now but was an easy one to make seeing as they are so close together. I'll include a photo. Red arrows showing where I had them installed and blue circles around where they should be installed. Also a mistake on the 3rd gem layout it's missing the wire coming off pin 3 of V2

By chance are you using a Tube town output transformer? there must be some similarity with our build. I’m waiting on a signal generator so I can scope to see where the distortion is being created in the circuit. if I find anything I’ll let you know

Did you sort this out?, Im having the same issue with a 50W version. Would love to know as ive spent hours on it trying to resolve the issue. Have tried multiple sets of tubes, different bias, speakers, guitars, leads with no change. Cheers

Hi Andrea, I've checked over the board and components several times but cant find anything wrong. my grounding scheme differs slightly from the layout however i was recommended to do it this way by a local tech. The HT center tap goes to the - end of C19 and then one wire to ground, this was to help reduce noise, thats the only difference. As for the jumpers i can only see the one on the - end of C16. Ill attach a video and sound clip of the noise, its a loud thud, followed by an low end oscillation, you can see the tubes illuminate and change simultaneously with the noise, like its reproducing the current inrush or something? Thanks!
