Newbie amp builder

Hi all. Just ordered the ODS and D’lator pcb’s. This will be my first amp build and I’m going to take my time with it. I’ve built nearing a hundred pedals, so I’m competent with a soldering iron, reading schematics and so on, but an amp of this size is on a different level.

I haven’t decided on which version of the ODS to go for yet, but I‘m thinking about the possibility of putting the d’lator inside the amp cab. Would this be doable? The build wii be either a head and 2x12 cab or a 2x12 combo

Cheers,

Kev

Putting the D'Lator inside the amp is possible but will be a tight squeeze and not a simple task. It would require you to have an extra tube available and access to the back panel for the control pots. The Amp Garage site may help you see examples of how this has been done. There is no PCB available for this, its all point to point.
