Help and Getting Started

I'm finding a couple of parts hard to source for the #183. The NTE452 FET and the LM7812.

After a bit of hunting around, a good replacement for the FET seems to be 2N4416A but I'm hoping someone can confirm or point me in the direction of a NTE452.

I haven't really found a proper replacement for the LM7812 but the L7812 seems to be readily available everywhere...can anyone confirm if this would be suitable?
