Power Transformer
I ordered a Edcor XPWR127-120 power transformer , It seems to have all my needs except.
My concern is the 12v winding. Should this be 6volts and if so how would I step it down to 6v. Thanks This is for. Dumble #102 build.

I came to the same conclusion.
LM7812CT/NOPB data sheet shows input voltage range of 7 to 35 volts with 12v output. I've ordered the Modulous Doumbledor Transformer set and have selected 6.3 v for the aux to feed the PCB voltage doubler into the LM7812. Steve.
